University of West London International Ambassador Scholarships 2016 (Undergraduate & Postgraduate)

The University of West London is a public university founded in 1860 in the United Kingdom. The university has two campuses (in Ealing and Brentford) in London and two more (in Reading and Slough) located in Berkshire.

The International Ambassador Scholarship recognises and financially supports outstanding students who desire to be ambassadors for the University of West London.

Benefits

• International Ambassador Scholarship provides a discount against the cost of tuition for the first year of study only. There are 100 scholarships worth £5000 for students applying to start in September 2016.

Courses Offered for the Scholarship

• All courses offered at the university are eligible for the scholarships.

Course Level

• The scholarships are awarded to students in Undergraduate (Bachelor’s) and Postgraduate degree programmes.

Eligibility

To apply,

• You must be a non-EU international student.
• You must be a self-funded overseas student paying full tuition fees.
• You must have been offered a place to study on an undergraduate or postgraduate course full-time at the University of West London, beginning in September 2016.

Selection Criteria

The International Ambassador Scholarship will be awarded on a competitive basis to candidates who exhibit enthusiasm and the ability to be an excellent international student ambassador.

Expectations for the International Ambassadors

• International Ambassadors will be active representatives of the University.
• Scholars will be required to participate in different promotional activities, and thus, will be interviewed and photographed by the marketing department.
• The scholar is expected to contribute to the promotion of the University of West London by supporting events organized for scholars and by the International Office.

You can apply for the International Ambassador Scholarships by completing this application form. Save the form to your computer and complete it. After completion, attach the form to an email and send it to int.app@uwl.ac.uk.

Deadline

Applications for the semester starting in September 2016 must be submitted by 5 pm GMT on 17^th July 2016.

Decisions will be made by 31^st July 2016 and recipients will be notified.
